Welcome to Sedbergh Community Development Centre

Home of Adult Education Courses in South East Cumbria

At Sedbergh CDC we organise a wide range of courses for adults in the Sedbergh, Kirkby Lonsdale and Tebay areas. In addition we have now joined forces with The Queen Katherine School in Kendal to create a "learning triangle" that covers the South East corner of Cumbria. Most of our courses are supported by Cumbria Adult Education Service.

Courses for Autumn 2008

Our site will shortly be updated to show our autumn programme. There will be a range of over 90 courses in Sedbergh, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal and Tebay.

Courses will be available in Arts & Crafts, Computing, History, Literature & Creative Writing, Music & Dance, Languages, Cookery, Sociology, Psychology & Maths

In the meantime you are welcome to browse the current programme to see the types of courses we have been offering.

Look out for our brochure, which will be in shops, libraries etc around the area from late July.
