Booking as early as you can helps us to see whether a course will be viable well before it is due to start. Some courses have limited places so early booking is essential. We cannot guarantee you a place until payment is received. Cheques will not be cashed until we know the course is viable. Your cheque will be returned if a course does not run, or is already full.

Fees are due for a whole booking period (normally a full term) as specified in the course information. Refunds are not normally given if you are unable to attend. In exceptional circumstances (for example if you move into the area part way through a term) we may offer you a discount for the classes you have missed. Any such discounts are at our disrection.
If we have to cancel a session due to bad weather, tutor unavailability or for any other reason we will either reschedule that session, credit you with a session in the following term or give you a refund for that session.
If we have to cancel a whole course then we will give you a full refund.
Additional Support may be available if you have particular needs (eg due to physical disability) or special learning needs (eg for dyslexia). Please contact us for a confidential chat. Please enquire about the Access Fund which is available for people on accredited courses who are unable to pay the certification fees.All prices include accreditation where applicable.
