ITQ Level 2 has now become the standard IT qualification. Our course uses the OCR version which is based on the previous CLAIT Plus qualification. You will learn how to use common tools such as word processing, spreadsheets and the Internet. In addition there will be some choice of which further modules you study. Assessment will be by means of set tasks and (if applicable) work-based portfolios.
